Arnold was born June 27, 1929, in Bridgeport to Frances (Zera) and Anthony Grabowski. She graduated from Harding High School and worked as an executive secretary for General Electric and as a data entry administrator for the City of Bridgeport's Department of Welfare.
She was predeceased by husband Eugene; two sisters, Helen Niestemski and Chestra (Tess Niestemski); and three brothers, Stephen, Anthony and Peter Grabowski.
Arnold is survived by three children, Jean Arnold-Barry and husband Kevin Barry of Fairfield, Edward and wife Wendy of Melrose, Mass., and Kathleen Hunter and husband Scott of Woodbridge; five grandchildren; sister, Sophie Eles of Fairfield; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Calling hours will be on from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at the Commerce Hill Funeral Home, at 4798 Main St., Bridgeport.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Andrew Church in Bridgeport, followed by interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Trumbull.
